The title compound, C(20)H(15)N(5)O(3), was synthesized by the one-pot reaction of a four-component reaction protocol in aqueous medium. An intra-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bond occurs while the components are linked by an N-H⋯O interaction. The crystal packing is stablized by O-H⋯N hydrogen bonds and C-H⋯O interactions.
